Steam Boiler Plant

Situation:

The client requested to fabricate in our workshop in Lisbon, a Steam Boiler Plant in accordance with CE Directive PED 97/23/CE, code EN 12953.

The fabrication was divided into four main elements which had to be fabricated separately and including all connection pipes and insulation.

Challenges:

• The short Time frame for delivery.
• Effective Procurement procedure to comply with delivery time, quantities, and quality standards.
• Project revisions during fabrication with the complete set of Built drawings made by STEP’s Engineering Department.
• 3rd Party Notified Body inspections according to CE Directive PED 97/23/CE.
