Fabrication in our workshop in Lisbon of steam boiler plant in accordance with CE Directive PED 97/23/CE, code EN 12953.
Situation:
The client requested to fabricate in our workshop in Lisbon, a Steam Boiler Plant in accordance with CE Directive PED 97/23/CE, code EN 12953.
The fabrication was divided into four main elements which had to be fabricated separately and including all connection pipes and insulation.
Challenges:
- The short Time frame for delivery.
- Effective Procurement procedure to comply with delivery time, quantities, and quality standards.
- Project revisions during fabrication with the complete set of Built drawings made by STEP’s Engineering Department.
- 3rd Party Notified Body inspections according to CE Directive PED 97/23/CE.
