Share Capital increase – As part of its strategy for sustainable growth, STEP Consolidated, Lda., carried out, on June 28th of 2017, an increase of its share capital by incorporation of reserves in the amount of EUR 50.000,00, from EUR 100.000,00 to EUR 150.000,00.
The main goals of the current capital increase to EUR 150.000,00 are to ensure an adequate capital structure, and a strong and balanced balance sheet and reflects the commitment of the current shareholders to the continuity and sustainability of STEP Consolidated, Lda.
